and appropriate contact details including telephone number and email address.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To enable appropriate business contact to be made during normal office hours
- To send invoices to the most appropriate destination
- To send statements to the correct person
We use the information that you have given us in order to send and receive appropriate business transactions so that business can be transacted between us.
