Delivery Timetable

For local orders within XXX we have our ‘Prima Software’ fleet that enable our team to deliver your orders direct to you with joy. In a bid to be more efficient and environmentally friendly these deliveries follow set routes to minimise our carbon footprint, we have vans going East and West every day.

We are now delivering daily to all areas in Cheshire, due to later deliveries by our suppliers, we aim to get your orders to you within 24 hours.

Our delivery team now includes Tim and Rob who can also help with product enquiries when they deliver, they're very friendly so any questions just ask

Delivery Charges

There is no delivery charge for customers in Cheshire and the North West (or anywhere in between!)

Standard Delivery is free of charge for all orders for our contract customers for all other orders over £60.

For those small orders under £30 there is a delivery charge of £7.95 per order.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us – if for any reason you wish to return an item, for example if it is faulty or if it has been damaged in transit, or you have purchased the wrong item – please contact one of the team for a returns number. This returns number needs to accompany the items being sent back. Once received and logged on our system a credit or replacement will be issued.

All products carry a ‘no questions asked’ 30-day money back guarantee.

 All products that are returned must be in their original packaging.

Small Order Charge 

In a bid to be more efficient and environmentally friendly we have introduced a small order fee of £10 for orders under £25

Faulty or Defective Goods

If a product develops a defect within its warrantee period we will pay for the postage for the item to be returned to us.  A replacement will then be issued or a refund made.
